On the Front-End

AccuPOS Retail allows collecting sales information with its unique 'single entry line' user interface, using minimal keystrokes and maximum speed. It can be used with a wide verity of hardware components such as Scanners, Touch-Screens, Produce and Deli scales, Pole Displays, Remote Printers, Receipts Printers, Cash Drawers and more... requiring minimal training and providing maximum ROI (Return On Investment).

On the Back-End

AccuPOS Retail will automatically update your Peachtree accounting software at the end of every shift whether it is local or remote, by creating the following:

  1. One summarized Sales Receipt in your Peachtree accounting software, for all transactions from the Point Of Sale that had no customers applied to.
  2. Individual Sales Receipt for all cash transaction from the Point Of Sale that had customers applied.
  3. Individual Invoices/Credit Memos in your Peachtree accounting software, for all customer account transactions (Accounts Receivable) from the Point Of Sale.

Once these transactions will post to your Peachtree accounting software, they will

  • Update totals of individual items sold, and the amount they were sold for.
  • Adjust the inventory quantity on hand.
  • Update all sales and customer accounts.
  • Post payments that where collected at the Point Of Sale to Undeposited Funds.

AccuPOS Retail efficiently process and posts sales to your Peachtree accounting program, as if they were done using the accounting software.
