Perfect Business Solution Services (Pvt) Ltd, an Information Technology and software solutions provider (PBSS Group), recorded the best year in profit and performance during its two decade operations in the country despite the Covid-19 setback said PBSS Group Managing Director Madura Gamanayake. He said 2020 was the best year despite the enormous challenges the company had to face throughout the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cAll credit should go to the staff for their commitment and team work to achieve the feat,\u201d Gamanayake said adding that the company had added many feathers to its cap withstanding obstacles in the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Group added 50 new customers last year totaling 250 customers in Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The PBSS Group has achieved excellence and earned a reputation as a \u2018Preferred Partner\u2019 due to the recognition and rewarding of its staff each year for the performance which has been par excellence, Gamanayake said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Group aims at expanding SAP B1 ERP and SAP ByD and ByD ERP for Sri Lanka and the Maldives markets. The Group also targets to take its product \u2018Perfect Peoples HR\u2019 solutions to enterprise level entities in Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWe also plan to introduce the \u2018Perfect POS\u2019 point of sale system for retail and the restaurants shortly,\u201d Gamanayake said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Group diversified into the leisure sector acquiring the \u2018Abedin Nature Bungalow\u2019 Ginigathhena which it plans to convert it into a luxury villa hotel this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The PBSS Group will be moving into its new state-of-the-art office \u2018PBSS Solutions Labs\u2019 next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
