What is Perfect People?

You have the option to link the time attendance machines with the Perfect People System enabling you to capture the In/Out of the employee’s attendance information. The product is rich with approvals workflows which is a must-need in today’s world and will ease out the paper approvals that otherwise apply to the management level related to the operational work.

When it comes to the Perfect People System, there are multiple layers in the product.

Application – The application is where the users work in the system with the use of the interfaces and the system captures the data via these UIs.

Mobile – Employee Self Service (ESS) & Geo-Tracking comes via mobile access where the employees have the option to log via browser and use the mobile interfaces. ESS shall provide the employee their own login with username and password to access their personal information deck. Ex: My Profile, My Leave Status, My Approvals, My Claims, My Alerts, My Attendance Information etc.

Geo-Tracking comes in handy if the organization wishes to provide In/Out marking facility via your mobile.

Analytics – No system nowadays is worthwhile without the analytics of the data and Perfect People has its own analytical reports and dashboards to cater to this requirement.

Database – All the data related to the masters and transactions are stored in the back-end database and Perfect People uses MSSQL as the database.

Cloud – Perfect People could be purchased as an on-premises solution or under the SaaS option to be paid on monthly billing.

Perfect People has 3 (three) versions based on the requirements in the market.

PAY 50 – Serves organizations with up to 50 employees
PAY 100 – Serves organizations with up to 100 employees
Standard – This version serves organizations with more than 100 employees.

SAP Business One has provided us with the automated environment with minimum paper work as a regulatory authority where workflows and approvals come in handy with the system.

We are in to construction business and have some of the largest construction sites in the Maldives. SAP Business one as our preferred ERP was selected after multiple rounds of evaluations and PBSS is our SAP implementation partner and they proposed we go ahead with their Perfect Construction Vertical integrated with SAP Business One to handle our BOQ and BOM level planning. In addition to this we also use their Perfect People HRM and PAYROLL System integrated with Construction Projects which enabled us to plan the labour force in multiple sites more effectively and efficiently.
