Delmo Chicken & Agro (Pvt) Ltd., a leading poultry and agriculture-based production company in Sri Lanka, has commenced its HR digital transformation journey with the project kickoff of Perfect People HRM & Payroll, implemented in partnership with PBSS Group.

Founded in 1988 by Mr. L. A. S. Perera as a backyard poultry operation in Udugampola, Gampaha, Delmo has grown steadily over the decades into a pioneer in broiler chicken production, processing, and marketing.
